1. What products does LULAR sell?

LULAR specializes in automatic soap dispensers designed to make handwashing cleaner, easier, and more convenient. Our touch-free dispensers use motion-sensor technology to dispense soap without physical contact, helping reduce mess and the spread of germs.

Our products are suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, offices, restaurants, and other shared spaces.

2. Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not currently available.

3. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

You can choose from the following shipping options:

Express Shipping — 3–6 business days: $20
Priority delivery with full tracking.

Free Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days: $0
Free shipping on every order with no minimum purchase required.

Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days: $10
An affordable economy shipping option.

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders include tracking.

4. How are automatic soap dispensers packaged?

We carefully package every automatic soap dispenser to help prevent damage during shipping. Products are protected with secure internal packaging, bubble wrap, foam, or additional outer packaging when necessary.

Your dispenser will arrive safely packed and ready to set up.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging intact.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide approval and return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Are LULAR automatic soap dispensers reliable?

Yes. We source our products from trusted manufacturers and select dispensers based on sensor responsiveness, durability, ease of use, and dispensing consistency.

Our automatic dispensers are designed for convenient daily use and help provide a cleaner, touch-free handwashing experience.

7. What type of soap can I use?

Most LULAR dispensers are compatible with standard liquid hand soap, dish soap, or diluted soap solutions. Some models may be designed specifically for foam soap.

For the best performance, always check the product description and instructions before filling the dispenser. Avoid using soap that is extremely thick or contains large particles, as this may block the dispensing mechanism.

8. How do I set up the dispenser?

Setup is simple:

Open the soap container.
Fill it with the recommended type of soap.
Install the batteries or charge the dispenser, depending on the model.
Turn on the power.
Place your hand beneath the sensor to begin dispensing.

Some models also allow you to adjust the amount of soap dispensed.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking link in the email or enter the tracking number directly on the shipping carrier’s website, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another designated carrier.
